PRODUCER
JORGE CONSTANTINO
With extensive experience in the film industry, he’s produced over twenty films, including co-productions with Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Spain. His projects have received awards from the Ministry of Culture in Peru and Ibermedia, and have been showcased at major festivals and labs, such as Berlin, San Sebastian, Cartagena, Guadalajara, MAFF, and Sanfic.
For more than a decade, he served as the Head of Production and Project Development at Tondero, where he played a key role in positioning several films in theaters and streaming platforms. He also leads independent film projects and teaches in various educational institutions.
Some of his standout productions include Raíz (which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival and was selected for Nuevas Miradas, Sanfic, Locarno, and Biarritz) as well as hit commercial films like Asu Mare!, Locos de Amor, Soltera Codiciada, and La Reina del Sur.
He holds diplomas in Executive Film Production (Medellín), Cultural Project Management (PUCP), and Project Management (ESAN).

SERGIO DELGADO LEON
Peruvian-American executive producer, educated at the University of Southern California (USC), with a specialization in the entertainment business and experience in U.S. studio environments. He has worked at top-tier companies such as NBCUniversal, developing and producing content for Bravo, USA Network, E!, and Peacock, including high-profile franchises such as Top Chef, The Real Housewives, and Hart to Heart.
He has also participated in productions for Warner Bros. Discovery (The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise) and in international projects with FilmNation Entertainment, including The House of the Spirits for Amazon Prime. In documentary film, he was part of Seized, selected for the Sundance Film Festival. He is a member of the Television Academy (Emmys), executive producer of the Peruvian feature film Mañana Me Caso, and co-founder of Oriundo Studios, focused on internationally oriented projects
